REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been shipped. To cancel, email us at info@vkaretheory.com with your order ID.

Returns

Due to the nature of hygiene products, opened or used products are not eligible for return for safety reasons.

Returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged product
  • You received the wrong item

You must report this within 48 hours of delivery with photo proof.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Used products
  • Products damaged due to misuse
  • Orders where return request is raised after 48 hours
